1. Using our services

By engaging CES Editing Agency, you agree to provide accurate project information, source materials, and feedback needed to complete your editing work. Services are delivered according to the package and timeline agreed with you.

2. Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the revision terms stated at checkout or in your project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original brief may require an updated scope, fee, or delivery date.

3. Client materials and rights

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to any footage, music, images, logos, or other materials you provide. You retain ownership of your original materials, while CES Editing Agency may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments, trials, and cancellations

Payment is due according to the selected package or project agreement. Monthly packages renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund a processed payment. A 7-day trial requires a small temporary Paystack card-verification authorization intended to be refunded after subscription setup. The first full subscription payment is scheduled after the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent that charge. If the authorization is not refunded, contact CES Editing Agency with your payment reference.

Refunds for completed work, subscription charges, failed payments, and Paystack processing events are handled under the written project agreement and applicable law.
